Update on former Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker, and celebrity disc jockey, DJ AM whose real name is Adam Goldstein.

Augusta medical officials say both men are expected to recover from their second and third degree burns they suffered during the crash.

 Federal officials say the plane crash happened because a tire blew as they started lift off.

 The plane’s two- person crew and Barker’s and Goldstein’s two friends died as well. In total four people died.

Former Drummer for Blink 182, Travis Baker  was in a plane crash near Columbia, South Carolina. Baker and friends were performing a free concert for T-moblie in the Five Points area in Columbia. I do know three people are dead two men and one woman all California residents. However, Baker and his friend are in an Augusta hospital in critical condition with" Extensive Burns." According to airport traffic controllers, the plane never left the runway, sparks flew, and then the airplane crashed in a near by ditch. I will have more on this story later as the story develops.

This weekend, Ellen DeGeneres and Porti DeRossi have become wives .

According to the Associated Press the Award Winning Actor and Comedian Bernie Mack died today in a Chicago Hospital.

According to his publicist Danica Smith, Mack suffered from sarcoidosis an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body's organs. In other words, complications from an already existing condition.

You may recall that Mack had starring roles in "Ocean's Eleven," "Bad Santa," " Charlie's Angels : Full Throttle," and "Tranformers." 

 Not to mention he was also the producer and star of" The Bernie Mac Show" that aired more than 100 episodes.  Bernie Mack died at the age of 50, he was in the prime in his life.

Yesterday it was reported that Morgan Freeman was in a car accident in Mississippi. According to his P.R. people, things are looking up.

The Oscar Award winner has a broken arm, elbow, and minor shoulder damage.  However, he is not out of the woods yet, he has a surgery scheduled . I will keep you posted as this story developes....

Rapper Lil Scrappy whose real name is Darryl Richardson was in an altercation Friday with his sisters boyfriend.

After being  treated for a stab wound, the Atlanta rapper was jailed for felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of a firearm/knife and obstruction of officers.

His bond was set at $1500 and Richardson was released Saturday afternoon.

Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline came into an agreement this Friday about the future of their two boys.

The custody agreement consists of three visits a week and two overnights with their two boys, 2-year- old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.

This agreement did not come without a price, the pop star will have a slight increase in child support payments, to cover Kevin Federline's attorney fees.

Tamara Mellon, the cofounder of the luxury shoe chain, Jimmy Choo is suing her mother for 10 million dollars. When the company was sold, Mellon received most of her money in the form of stocks. But did not receive the cash because the 10 million dollars was deposited in her mother’s account.…Mellon asked her mother to put the money in trust fund for her daughter, but her mother refused. So Mellon is leaving it up to the court systems. We will see how this will play out.

Doctors say this is not common but one out of 200 African American babies are born with an extra finger and toe. This condition is called polydactyly or hexadactyly and it is genetic.

In this case, little Jeshuh Fuller received this gene from his father who was also born with this condition.

It is reported that actress checked into rehab earlier this week.

 An e-mail from Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Zelnik, confirmed the obvious on Friday.

This is due after Lindsay Lohan was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence when a police officer spotted her crashing her Mercedes Benz into a curb during a Memorial Day Weekend.

Bail was set at $50,000 dollars.

Paris Hilton will still have to serve jail time, but instead of 45 days, her jail time was shortened to 23 days for violating her probation. This is if Hilton has good behavior behind bars.

The party rock star will be separated from the general prison population. And according to prison officials she may have a cellmate.

She got into her car and tried run him over. Valentine is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, her court date is set for May the 22nd.

Today an Atlanta Judge denied bail for Terry David Lay. Tuesday morning Lay walked into his job Chattahoochee Avenue. To confront his coworkers that resulted in a female getting shot. He immediately fled the scene. However, the police caught up with him the next day. No word on how his former co-worker is holding up.
